Philippe LOCCI has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
He is particularly involved in the qualification of functional specifications and in the expertise services provided to IGEDEP customers.
He began his career as a project manager with oil depots software publishers (automatic loading systems, stock / customs management) in France and internationally (Africa, North Europe, ...).
He then became an independent consultant to the largest oil groups, before becoming co-founder of IGEDEP Company.
